Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues with speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine network audits and security updates to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the deployment and management of Voice over IP (VoIP) systems.
- Document network changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in the CMDB.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to end-users regarding network protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Valid CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in network troubleshooting, cabling, and hardware setup.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
