Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Maintain and upgrade existing network infrastructure with minimal downtime.
- Perform physical network cabling and terminations (Cat6, Fiber).
- Monitor network performance and address security vulnerabilities.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal staff regarding connectivity issues.
- Document network configurations and changes accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting and network topologies.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and climb ladders for cabling.
