Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
- Development Lifecycle: Drive the full software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or Django.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
