Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) for high-traffic systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Drive A/B testing initiatives for feature validation

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
