Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and proactively address issues
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related user problems
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security protocols and updates
- Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or Network Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
