Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across diverse client environments
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using industry-standard tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for network-related incidents
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification preferred
