Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols to protect network integrity and data privacy
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware and software systems
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper devices and cloud networking solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
