Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, including printer connectivity, network access, and application errors.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Perform regular inventory checks and hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with basic computer components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
