Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Perform inventory management of IT assets and supplies.
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and user interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues.
- Conduct basic software installations and updates on company devices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-30 hours per week).
