Responsibilities
- Delve user support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including Wi-Fi setup and security protocols
- Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical escalations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical competencies
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and patch management initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing IT/Computer Science degree preferred
- Foundational knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking basics, and security principles
