Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise systems
- Install and configure operating systems and applications
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base
- Provide Tier-1 support to internal staff via ticketing system
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Perform basic system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to pursue)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware tasks
- Availability for 3-4 weekdays (9am-5pm)
