Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist users with system installations, configurations, and upgrades

- Conduct routine maintenance on servers and network equipment
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and implement best practices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
