Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address emerging business questions
- Document methodologies and share best practices within the analytics team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
