Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and validation procedures
- Present analytical results to senior leadership with clear recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical analysis background and hypothesis testing knowledge
