Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data models and analytical solutions.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Perform statistical testing and regression analysis to support A/B testing initiatives and product optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
