What You Will Do:

- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large-scale databases.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve reporting accuracy.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization strategies.
- Communicate findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
