Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and build automated reporting systems for real-time performance tracking
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
