Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Support A/B testing and experimental design for marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
