Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and Python to extract datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for strategic initiatives
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders
- Present findings to executive teams through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Portfolio demonstrating analytics projects with measurable impact
