Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and analytical solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain data documentation and standardize data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
