Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources, including relational databases and cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to define reporting requirements and deliver high-quality insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecast modeling to support strategic business planning.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation for data pipelines.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expert level skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
