Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models to support forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
