- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for management, translating technical insights into business language.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong Excel skills.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a part-time capacity.
