Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements for business projects.
- Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Document data pipelines and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility within the team.
- Communicate findings effectively through written reports and presentations to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Schedule: Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
