Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Assist with network infrastructure troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
