Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing user behavior and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
