Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleaning & Preparation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create interactive dashboards and static reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct thorough statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Data Visualization: Present complex data findings in clear, concise, and visually appealing formats for non-technical stakeholders.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and querying databases using SQL to retrieve necessary datasets efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a corporate or analytical setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced/VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts.
- Schedule: Availability to work 15-25 hours per week, with some flexibility for evening or weekend shifts if required.
