Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve data quality standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
