Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to support business decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Create comprehensive written reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring technical details are accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying discrepancies and recommending solutions for data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a part-time or remote setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
