Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs.
- Forecasting: Utilize historical data to forecast future trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
