Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategy.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement based on data insights and recommend actionable changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
