Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and suggest data-driven improvements to business workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
