Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to uncover trends and opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Cleanse, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Present findings through clear visualizations and written recommendations
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance tracking campaigns
- Maintain data documentation and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Python or R preferred
