Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Report Generation: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data sets.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
- Automation: Streamline data workflows and automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
