Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/monthly performance summaries
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for efficient data processing
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R, Excel)
- Proficiency in visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
