Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events across the network infrastructure to detect potential threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with legal and IT teams for remediation.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
- Develop and update security policies, procedures, and incident response playbooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC or information security role.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
