Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
