Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting workflows to streamline data delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Present findings through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Support A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for marketing optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel functions, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
