This flexible 20-25 hour/week role offers remote work options with occasional on-site collaboration in downtown Detroit. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools to drive strategic decisions and contribute to innovative data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support A/B testing frameworks for marketing optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
