We’re seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support our healthcare and retail clients in the Midwest. You’ll work with modern tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to uncover trends, optimize operations, and drive data-informed decisions. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver weekly/monthly performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in large datasets
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise narratives
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 1-3 years experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience working with large datasets (100K+ rows) in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects required
