Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Generate monthly performance reports and KPI tracking
- Identify trends and anomalies to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements
- Ensure data integrity through quality control processes
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of healthcare or retail data a plus
