Responsibilities
- Transform raw healthcare and demographic data into clear visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze patient trends and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for clinical and administrative teams
- Validate data integrity through SQL queries and statistical analysis
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise executive summaries
- Support predictive modeling for patient flow and resource allocation
- Document analysis methodologies and maintain data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis
