Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to convert insights into actionable strategies
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation
- Present findings to non-technical leadership in clear, concise formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Excel
- Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
