Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Implement data quality checks and validation protocols
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights
