Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with marketing teams to track campaign performance and ROI metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical teams through clear visualizations and storytelling
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare or retail data preferred
- Proficient in Python or R for data manipulation
