Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise summaries
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects as requested by department leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
