Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and automate data pipelines for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document methodologies and maintain data integrity across multiple systems
- Present insights through clear, concise reports and presentations to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
