Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with timely, accurate insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation preferred
