Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements.
- Identify data anomalies and propose solutions for data quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Available for 20-25 hours per week, with the ability to work onsite.
