- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Maintain data integrity through quality validation protocols
- Present findings to non-technical leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) preferred
